Our staff at Headwear Etc is available to help answer your questions and process your orders. Please state clearly your Name, Street, or P.O. Box Address, City and State plus Zip Code when placing an order. In addition, provide a brief description of each item, the quantity, size, and color desired. This will insure your order being filled promptly and accurately.

We value and respect your privacy. If you join our mailing list, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name and contact information. If you place an order, we also collect your billing address, credit card information, and telephone number. Shipping and State Sales Tax
State sales tax will be an 8.25% charge to Texas residents only. We ship US mail, Priority, UPS, and Federal Express. No COD's. Orders are shipped within 2 business days. If any delays in shipping occur, we will notify you by phone or email.

2-Day Rush Service: Add an additional $15.00 for shipping
Overnite Service: Add an additional $25.00 for shipping

Product Guarantee and Return Policy
We take PRIDE in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with an appropriate exchange, refund, or credit. PLEASE NOTE: Wigs must be returned in original condition with tags within 30 days. All items have been inspected prior to shipment.
